Billy has more than 25 years of employee benefit and retirement plan experience. An independent and self-motivated professional with excellent research and writing skills, Billy grows positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels. He joined PASI in 2016 and is responsible for providing quality plan administration and recordkeeping services for clients. Billy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Fine Arts. Billy’s hobby is professional bowling.
