PASI utilizes Sharefile as a secure way to share and send confidential documents.
First Time User:
- If you have not used Sharefile before, you should receive an email with a password. If that email does not arrive, check your junk/spam folder.
- Your user name is your email address (you must use the email address that is in the email received with the secure link).
- The only link that will provide access to the files is the (Download Attachments) link. If following any login you do not see the files: a) go back to the original email; b) click on the Download Attachments link; and c) login again.
If you have forgotten your password or did not receive your first-time user password:
- Click the (Download Attachments) link in the applicable email;
- Use the Forgot Password link.
- The only login that will provide access to the files is the (Download Attachments) link. If following any login you do not see the files: a) go back to the original email; b) click on the Download Attachments link; and c) login again.
Frequent Troubleshooting Solutions
- If you use more than one email address, the user name to access the files will always be the email address shown in the email that contains the (Download Attachments) link. If you use more than one email address you likely have multiple Sharefile Accounts / Passwords. This is a very common source of login troubles.
- If someone forwarded you an email with a (Download Attachments) link, you will not be able to access those files even if you have a Sharefile Account. Download Attachment links are exclusively available to email addresses included in the original email sent by PASI. PASI will need to resend you the file directly through Sharefile before you can access it.
