The Key To A Successful Retirement Plan

We believe that the on-going communications with your employees is the key to a successful retirement plan. We’ll use first-hand knowledge gained from serving many businesses to present the plan, to educate your employees about their options, and to explain any aspects of the plan which may seem confusing or complicated. In addition, we will create a customized communications program designed to help educate your employees about the need to save for retirement, motivate them to take action, and assist them in making wise investment decisions. Pre-enrollment

This first step is key to setting the stage for rolling out plan enhancements, preparing employees for upcoming changes, and generating excitement about those changes.

Enrollment

We often prefer to conduct this part on-site. It’s very important for introducing the benefits and details of the plan. We also explain the tools and information that will help your employees make informed decisions for achieving their financial goals. At the employee meetings, we offer a variety of tools to facilitate this phase.

Enrollment Kit

Each kit contains an education guide and investment planning basics. This customized enrollment guide conveys specific plan features and the investment choices available to participants.

Retirement Plan Calculator

This helps employees estimate the potential value of their account at retirement based on hypothetical contribution rates and returns.

Asset Allocation Guide

This helps employees understand the types of investments available, asset allocation models and the importance of diversification.

Video Series

These reinforce the benefits of the plan and helps employees understand why saving in the plans important for their future. They can be made available to borrow and view at home.

On-Going Service

This last component is critical to ensuring that participants continue to focus on their financial future while they are employed with your company. To them we offer:
